Okay so you're not so happy with your order....no problem you can return it.
Please return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The item will remain your responsibility until we receive it again. All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold to you. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us, is your responsibility. Your returned parcel may take up to 14 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. We will contact you once your return has been received to make a full refund or exchange. If we can't contact you at the time we will send you an email, you will then need to get back in touch with us so we can complete your refund.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product that has arrived faulty or broken before you’ve spoken to us, as doing so may affect any refund you may be entitled to.
